The Children's Deployment Support Program was developed as a Military Family Services Program (MFSP) Project Fund initiative by the Petawawa MFRC, in collaboration with the Phoenix Centre for Children and Families, the Child and Youth Health Network of Eastern Ontario and the Psychology Foundation of Canada.
