Going through a difficult time?...you're not alone!

MFRC Social Workers – We offer free short-term, confidential support to CF members and their families going through a stressful time. Our services are in place to enhance the social functioning and emotional well-being of CF families. Call Prevention, Support & Intervention Counsellors at (780) 973-4011 ext. 6126.

The Duty Chaplain (780) 973-4011 and ask for the Duty Chaplain on base

Canadian Forces Member Assistance Line (CFMAP) 1-800-268-7708 - Confidential 24 hour service, a counsellor from the Members Assistance Program will put you in contact with a wide variety of organizations and professionals

The Support Network 211 (for families living in Edmonton)(780) 482-4636 (all other areas north of Edmonton – including Married Quarters) – this is an information and referral line that helps with problem solving and ensuring that the best resources are chosen.
