The Family Information Line also features an automated telephone system available 24 hours a day and 7 days per week.
Steps to follow to listen to access automated system:

- Step 1 - Dial 1-800-866-4546 or 613-995-8645
|
- Step 2 - Dial one of the message boxes below i.e. 15, 181 etc. to listen to message of your choice
|
- Step 3 - At any time, press the star key (*) to listen to the previous option
|
- Step 4 - Press “0” for assistance or to speak directly to a counsellor during business hours Monday to Friday 8:00 to midnight (Eastern Standard Time)
|
- Step 5 - Outside business hours and on weekends, you can leave us a message and we will return your call early next working day
|
- Step 6 - Simply hang up when you wish to end the call
|
