The KMFRC is governed by a Board of Directors that is comprised of a minimum of 51% military affiliation including, but not limited to ,Military Spouses and parents of CF members who are the legal authority for the KMFRC.

The purpose of the Board of Directors is to provide the strategic guidance for the KMFRC and it is responsible for the effective governance of the organization and ensuring that our mission is fulfilled.
