The Kingston Military Family Resource Centre (KMFRC) is a registered non-profit, charitable organization that supports and enhances the health and well-being of the military community. The KMFRC is Kingston's primary agency dedicated to meeting the unique needs of the military community. Programs and services are designed to promote community development and to provide social, educational and volunteer opportunities, empowering the military community and enhancing their health and well-being.
We serve military members (regular force and reserve) and/or their families. The KMFRC strives to provide services/programs in both official languages in a confidential, accessible and professional manner.
KMFRC SUMMER CAMPS
Operation Boys Camp
Ages 11 to 13: July 5 - 9
Ages 8 to 10: July 19 - 23
Ages 9 to 12: August 9 - 13
Cost: $110/ per week*
*Special Rates for Non-Commison Members
Operation Boys Camp is designed expecially for boys to build self confidence and leadership skills. The camp consists of fun games, outdoor activities and educational programming that promotes self-image and builds self esteem through individual and team play.
Space is limited to 12 campers per week
Girl Power Camp
Ages 11 to 13: July 12 - 16
Ages 8 to 10: July 26 - 30
Ages 9 to 12: August 16 - 20
Cost: $110/ per week*

Girl Power Camp is a high energy program designed to build self esteem, new skills and confidence through fun games, outdoor activities, interactive learning and role modelling.
Space is limited to 12 campers per week

"Self-Esteem through Art" is a six week program run at the Integrated Personnel Support Centre thatís designed to allow youth the chance to express themselves through their artwork.

Location: Park by the Marina (next to the Batoche Community Centre)
Bring your bear and your lunch and join us for games, crafts and lots of fun!
Canada’s Wonderland
Open to all military families
When: Sat., Aug. 21, 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Where: Toronto, Ont.
Cost: $36/person
Join the KMFRC for our annual trip to Canada’s Wonderland; come enjoy the rides and the attractions. Registration required.
