Family Support Resources:

The operational and training requirements of the Canadian Forces (CF) often result in the absence of the CF member from his/her family. Associated increased risk factors for CF members may heighten family concerns and anxieties. The MFRC provides a variety of resources for these families, including:

• Things to do before deployment
• Helping children deal with deployment
• Mail for deployed personnel
