Welcome Packages
We send Welcome Packages to all Canadian Forces families who are relocating to the area. These packages include a map of the area, information about our Military Family Resource Centre of the National Capital Region (MFRC-NCR) programs, and a list of resources and contact information necessary for any new member of the community (schools, medical services, utilities, etc.).

Internet Access
Complimentary Internet access is available for Canadian Forces families at the Military Family Resource Centre in Uplands.
