Community Drop-In (Uplands)
Adults can meet for coffee and connect with old and new friends while children (birth to six years) play in a supervised and stimulating environment. This program is open to all adults.

Meet and Greet (Gatineau)
This bilingual outreach program is offered for Canadian Forces families in Gatineau. We talk amongst adults while tots play in the adjacent room.

How To Talk So Kids Will Listen
This workshop will be particularly useful to parents of young children who are frustrated about being ignored or tuned out. It is based upon the book and videos by Adele Faber, a well known writer and educator. Child care available on registration.

May 1st, 15th and 29th, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Fee of $15 for the 3 evenings

St John's First Aid, CPR Level C and AED Certification
This training is offered to staff, volunteers and community members. The recertification is required every year for CPR and AED, and every 3 years for First Aid. Minimum of 10 people required

Uplands MFRC, June 16 and 17

Fee for First Aid and CPR: $80
Fee for CPR only: $20

CPR level C     Saturday June 16 (morning only)
First Aid            Weekend of June 16 and 17, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
