We offer a variety of Quality of Life Programs geared towards peer support and professional help. We offer short-term counselling sessions for individual, spousal, and family counselling, as well as an Operational Stress Injury Support Group.

Workshops and Courses Can Be Made Available Upon Request
We invite you to not only participate in the programs themselves, but also initiate programs that you think would be beneficial to our Canadian Forces families and community. Our philosophy is that together we will make it happen!
