Volunteers are integral to the Military Family Resource Centre of the National Capital Region (MFRC-NCR). They facilitate the planning, design, delivery, and evaluation of MFRC-NCR services. From the volunteer Board of Directors to the volunteers who deliver our programs and services, each individual empowers the community by taking an active role in ensuring that Canadian Forces family members have the necessary tools to lead fulfilling and productive lives.
Our philosophy of volunteer involvement includes appropriate orientation, opportunities for personal and professional development, and ongoing recognition. We value the collaboration of volunteers and encourage their input in the planning of our activities.
How to Become a Volunteer

- Complete a registration form telling us information about yourself and your past volunteer experience, provide two personal references and consent to a criminal records check, and sign a confidentiality agreement.
