The Family Readiness Network is led by our Prevention, Support & Intervention Services Team and works with Canadian Forces families to prepare them for the challenges and opportunities presented by the Canadian Forces lifestyle.

Family Readiness Workshops

Family Readiness Workshops are monthly empowerment sessions where we work together to set goals, learn, and have fun . Everyone is welcome to join us for our monthly themed events. Children’s activities can be arranged. Pre-registration is appreciated.

The first Tuesday of the month, 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
