What is the Community Needs Assessment?
The Petawawa Military Family Resource Centre (PMFRC) is consulting its customers and the community during the Community Needs Assessment to tailor its existing programs and plan new services. As such the Assessment is not a satisfaction survey; rather, it asks your input to better respond to the needs of military families.
Part of a continuous improvement effort, please tell us about your family’s experiences. We are interested in your experiences, whether you participated in a service provided by the PMFRC, in a program offered by another community organization, or no program at all.

We ask that you respond by the closing date of the consultation period, Friday, September 17, 2010. The questionnaire allows you to include may open comments and should not take more than 10 minutes to complete.
