Philosophy
Lil’ Troopers Day Care strives to provide an educational environment where each child will feel cared for, respected, safe, and secure using the ECERS rating scale (The Early Childhood Environmental Rating Skills). This environment will nurture the development of each child through program activities that have been planned with the child’s physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development in mind. Each child's development will be tracked by using the ELECT document (Early Learning for Every Child Today). Lil' Troopers works closely with Renfrew County Child Care Services to provide inclusive care for children with special needs.

Lil' Troopers North and South offers nutritional meals and special programs such as: Toddler Yoga, Music and Movement, and Brain Gym.
