Our goal for this service is to promote optimal development of children and youth by providing opportunities for social interaction and learning. Children and youth participate in the planning, evaluating, and monitoring of services and activities.

The CSMFRC Inc. coordinates or works with other community agencies to offer:

• Cooperative parent-child play groups for children ages newborn to kindergarten.
Special events and field trips.
Life-skills training such as self-esteem, babysitting courses, and making healthy choices.
