The CSMFRC Inc. is a charitable not for profit organization that provides access to information and resources through the delivery of high quality programs and services which meet the unique needs of CF members and their families in Central Saskatchewan.
Many families of CF members have voiced frustration with the challenges that relocations place on meeting their employment goals. The Employment Assistance service assists civilian spouses and youth in meeting their employment objectives by providing access to information about employment resources available in the community. Civilian spouses and youth are also provided with access to job search and career development assistance.
The CSMFRC Inc. coordinates or works with other community agencies to offer:
- Information about employment resources available in the community.
- Job search and career development assistance
- Navigator Special Needs

The Childcare Centre located on CFB Detachment Dundurn is currently looking for Casual Care Workers to support the Early Childhood Educators (ECE) in the daily operations for the centre, by filling in on short notice to cover employee sick leave & vacation leave. With the continued growth of the Childcare Centre, this casual employment has the potential for increased hours, leading to more permanent employment.
Operational duties include but not limited to:
- Support ECE’s in the daily shift operations of the Child Care Centre
- Support ECE’s with children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years of age
- Daily maintenance of the facility
- Support ECE’s with daily activities
The CSMFRC Inc. – Child Care Centre provides childcare for up to forty two children in multi-aged groupings, including a Before & After School Program.
Applicants must possess or obtain:
- Criminal Record Check, TB test and First Aid Certification(first aid can be arranged & paid for upon successful employment).
