Provincially incorporated in 1992, we are a not-for-profit charitable organization working in partnership with Director of Military Family Support. The Director of Military Family Services Program was an initiative of the Department of National Defence to provide programs, services and assistance to military families across Canada and anywhere around the world that members are posted. For this purpose, MFRCs were established wherever military families live
