The St. John's MFRC adheres to the ten principles that are outlined in the Director of Military Family Services - MFSP Parameters for Practice.

The St. John's MFRC also complies with the requirements of the federal Privacy Act that deals with the collection, retention, use, storage and disclosure of personal information. This Privacy Act is found at Justice Canada website or at Privacy Commissioner of Canada website.
