Welcome to the children and youth services here at the TMFRC.  We have a number of programs that provide support and services for military families who are experiencing deployment, separation, who are both working fulltime, have a spouse at home fulltime. If you have children or special needs children who are between the ages of birth -17 years, please connect with our program supervisor, Cathy Turalinski, at 416-633-6200 Ext. 4312 or via email at Catherine.Turalinski@forces.gc.ca.

You are eligible for emergency child care and respite care if your spouse is deployed or on military training for over 24 hours. For more information on the eligibility requirements and process to access emergency child care services, go to Emergency Child Care and Respite Care.
