Job Search Assistance
Our Employment Assistance Coordinator, Grace Mellberg, can take some of the worry and stress away off of you while you are settling into the largest city in Canada. 

Stop by the TMFRC, where family members can get support from TMFRC Employment Services Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Call Grace for an appointment.

We can assist you with:

Updating resume, job search tips for Toronto, identify strengths and find hidden skills within yourself that could help you land that perfect job.

We also offer:

• Consultation to explore career, education and self-employment options
• Referrals to variety of companies and organizations that are eager to hire military family members
• Assistance with creating effective cover letters and resume
• Current job postings at TMFRC
• Reference books on job search strategies, military-to-civilian résumé writing, starting home based businesses, and more
• Access to Internet (TMFRC Library)
• Employment Insurance (EI) information.
