Enhancing quality of life, strengthening the military community

Established at Canadian Forces Northern Area Headquarters [now Joint Task Force (North) Headquarters] in 1993, the North of 60 Military Family Resource Center ( formerly Yellowknife Military Family Resource Centre) provides a variety of services and programs designed to support and enhance the quality of life for the military community in Yellowknife, Whitehorse and Iqaluit.

The MFRC is open for coffee and drop-in services Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please come by and use our computer, internet access, fax machine, resource library or just have a chat and see what we have to offer.
