Participant-centered coaching strategies are an effective way to establish a safe and inclusive sport culture. By placing participants at the centre of the coaching process, coaches can promote growth and athletic development, foster creativity and learning, and protect participants from harm.

NCCP Leading Drug-Free Sport (PTCR) 3.5 hours
After completion of this course individuals will be able to understand and explain the consequences of using banned substances in sport, educate athletes about drug-testing protocols at major competitions, and more.

NCCP Make Ethical Decisions (PTCR) 4 hours
By successfully completing this course, individuals will be fully equipped to handle ethical situations with confidence and surety. This training helps coaches identify the legal, ethical, and moral implications of difficult situations that present themselves in the world of team and individual sport.

NCCP Making Head Way (e-learning) 1.5 hours

NCCP Manage a Sport Program (PTCR) 4 hours
This course provides individuals with the opportunity to plan and interact with program budgeting, setting staff and team expectations, arranging team travel, building athlete agreements, and reporting on athlete/team progress.

After completing this course individuals will be prepared to plan safe and effective practices.

Safe Sport Training (e-learning) 1.5 hours
By completing this course individuals will gain the knowledge and skills to create healthy and safe environments by recognizing, addressing and preventing maltreatment in sport.
