Military Family Resource Centres (MFRC)

MFRCs are essentially the heart of their military communities. Dedicated staff are frontline service providers, responsible for connecting military families to a wide range of programs and services. Our goal is to build strong, resilient individuals, families and communities.

When you walk into an MFRC you’ll be greeted by friendly, caring people who understand your military lifestyle. You’ll be invited to ask questions about parenting or employment, volunteer in meaningful ways, make new friends, connect with old friends or learn new skills. If you are facing a deployment and you’re anxious, your local MFRC is the place to go for guidance and support.
