Corporate Rebate Program (CRP)

The contractual agreement between CFMWS and our travel service provider supporting the Home Leave Travel Assistance (HLTA) Program makes use of corporate credit cards to pay invoices, which, in turn, generates rebates in the form of Non-Public Funds (NPF).

At CFMWS, we believe that the funds generated from volume usage should be made available to the missions to facilitate enhanced morale and welfare support in theatre.

We understand that fiscal restraints can restrict the use of public funds for the purposes of supporting morale and welfare events intended to foster camaraderie and promote healthy work-life balance while on deployed status. This is particularly true for those members assigned to CJOC Small Enduring Missions (SEM) challenged to generate significant NPF. To overcome that disadvantage, the CEO CFMWS has approved the distribution of rebate funding to establish or enhance the Task Force MW Program events, prizes, awards, certificates, departure gifts etc, for the collective benefit of all Task Force members, military and civilian, in support of recreation based activities while on deployment.

Task Force Commanders can request additional details and apply for this funding through their respective CJOC J1 Desk Officer.
