NOVEMBER 20 – World Children’s Day

Here's how you can get involved:

Each year, Personnel Support Programs (PSP), a division of Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS), invites children from CAF families to participate in World Children's Day.

This year the five locations Bagotville, Gander, Borden, Trenton and Greenwood celebrated World Childrens Day by hosting 155 children across their events. The children were able to directly impact their communities in a variety of ways including future branding and revamp of their youth center, participating in a toy drive, participating in community clean up by collecting garbage and compost, learning about climate change and how to take their own action in growing their own seedlings, and participating in the creation of an art piece that created a permanent art installation.

Thank you to all locations and all participants for making this year’s World Children Day a success.

Looking forward to seeing all of you next year.
